Exchange Policy
To be eligible for an exchange in sizing, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start an exchange, you can contact us at lbbbrand2020@gmail.com. Please note that there is a restocking fee of $50 for any items being returned for exchange. Exchanges will also need to be sent to the following address: [P.O. Box 453201 Garland, TX 75045]. 

You assume all financial responsibility for shipping fees.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately(3-7 business days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please note that if you fail to reach out with in the 3-7 business day policy you assume all responsibility for your purchases.
